Visiting from Russia, Nika wants to spend one day at a theme park but she's unprepared for how expensive it is. Dick and Rod hate to see a cute girl's dreams get crushed so they devise a plan that makes everyone happy. They'll pay for her day at the park if she lets them ride her.
